My Ruin recorded our cover of "Sex Junkie" by Plasmatics for our EP "The Shape Of Things To Come" in 2003.
In the early nineties, I recorded a cover of "Butcher Baby" by the Plasmatics in my previous band Manhole. To be honest, I can't remember what made me decide to record this song but we thought would be fun at the time. It's bizarre and very out of character for me lyrically but listening to it now, it just makes me laugh. It's punk rock and crazy just like Wendy O Williams was and I kinda love it. Especially that last part!
